- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product make sure to verify instantly when received the order by the delivery person. After receiving the valid confirmation, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and approving the refund request.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours once order placed.
If an order is cancelled after the specified cancellation time of the scheduled delivery date/time, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value during the order processing time.
And, if the order is cancelled during delivery processing time i.e when order is out for delivery than cancellation fee will be deducted 40% of the order value.
- Same Day Delivery: Confirmation message will be providedto accept the order to be delivered within the same day based on the area range / time. If Accepted by the client than No Cancellation Policy will be liable for the same.
